Office Fit-Out — Dublin 2

Dublin City Centre Corporate HQ

A full turn-key interior fit-out of a landmark 8,500m² commercial office building in Dublin 2. MICRAD was appointed as principal interior contractor, responsible for the complete delivery of all drylining, metal partitions, suspended ceilings, fire stopping and airtightness works across 12 floors.

The project was delivered on a live construction programme, requiring detailed coordination with all trades and the main contractor to maintain a consistent weekly output and meet a fixed handover date. The client received a single point of contact throughout and a complete O&M documentation package on completion.
