Drylining & Partitions

We have been designing and installing plasterboard partition systems on large, high-specification projects for over a decade across Ireland. We work closely with all key suppliers of plasterboard and metal to ensure our clients receive best-in-class systems that meet the exact technical challenges of their development.

Our experienced drylining teams deliver to exacting tolerances — producing walls and reveals that are plumb, flat and ready for direct decoration, regardless of project complexity or programme pressure.

Fire Stopping

Certified passive fire protection installed to Irish building regulations and life safety standards. MICRAD's fire stopping teams are trained and certified across all major systems — ensuring every penetration, joint and junction is correctly sealed and fully documented.

All works are completed with a full evidence pack including photographic records, system certificates and installation schedules — providing the building owner with a defensible, auditable fire safety record for the life of the building.

Airtightness Solutions
Service 05

Airtightness Solutions

Specialist airtightness installation to ensure buildings meet energy performance targets under current Irish building regulations. With NZEB requirements now mandatory across most building types, getting airtightness right at construction stage is critical — and cannot easily be remedied after handover.

MICRAD's airtightness teams are experienced across a wide range of systems and substrates, working methodically to achieve and maintain the target air permeability throughout the construction programme.
